Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Workday by Orbit Core (the “Service”), a business management platform provided by Orbitcore Private Limited (“Orbit Core”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Workday by Orbit Core is a subscription software platform for managing leads, sales pipeline, projects, tasks, payment milestones and client portals, offered on a software-as-a-service basis at https://workday.orbitcoretech.com/store/.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members’ use of any seats you purchase. You must be authorised to bind the business you register on behalf of.
3. Subscriptions, seats & billing
The Service is sold on monthly or annual subscription plans priced per the storefront at the time of purchase (currently ₹2,999 per month or ₹29,990 per year for Workday by Orbit Core), plus applicable taxes. Licensing is seat-based: each seat is one user login, and additional seats may be purchased at the applicable plan price. Subscriptions begin when payment is confirmed and run for the period purchased. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. You authorise us and Razorpay to charge the amounts shown at checkout, including any discounts applied via a valid coupon code.
4. Coupons & discounts
Coupon codes are issued at our discretion, may be percentage- or amount-based, and may carry expiry dates or usage limits. A coupon must be applied at checkout to take effect; discounts cannot be applied retroactively. We may withdraw or modify coupons at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access data that is not yours; uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content; reselling or sublicensing the Service without authorisation; or using the Service to violate any applicable law.
6. Customer data & intellectual property
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. All software, design and content of the Service remain the property of Orbitcore Private Limited.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an “as available” basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless separately agreed in writing. We may perform maintenance and update features from time to time.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may delete your account and associated order records at any time from your account page.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitcore Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
