Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please confirm/adjust: the refund terms below are a reasonable default for a software subscription. Orbitcore Private Limited should confirm the exact refund window and conditions it wishes to offer, as this is a business and legal decision.

1. Subscriptions

Workday by Orbit Core is billed in advance as a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed and remains active for the period purchased.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account page. On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period; it simply does not renew. You may also delete your account entirely, which removes your profile and order records.

3. Refunds

If you believe the Service is materially not as described or not functioning, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase at support@orbitcoretech.com and we will review your request in good faith. Except where required by law, subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable once the subscription period has begun, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial or unused periods.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Any coupon discount applied to the original order is accounted for in the refunded amount.
