This Privacy Policy explains how Orbitcore Private Limited (“we”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use Workday by Orbit Core and its storefront at https://workday.orbitcoretech.com/store/.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use it
To create and manage your account; to process purchases, subscriptions and seats; to apply coupons; to provide customer support; to send transaction-related communications; and to comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. Sharing
We share personal information only as needed to run the Service: with Razorpay for payment processing; with our cloud hosting provider (Microsoft Azure, India region) for hosting; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal/tax requirements. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; doing so erases your customer profile and associated order records from our active systems, subject to any records we must retain by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, and may contact us with any privacy request at support@orbitcoretech.com.
7. Cookies
The storefront uses only essential in-browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember display preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new effective date.
